I had the best remote bike purchasing experience ever, with clear communication and simple customization options- without a doubt, and without ever stepping foot there, I can tell you this bike shop’s managers are pros. My bike arrived on time, spec’s to my every desire, and stoke was shared in every interaction. Thanks to David and the rest of the team!
Highly recommended shop. I live in Texas and have been ordering from them for a long time. Just visited the shop and felt very welcome. Tremendous inventory of bike packing equipment/components and good selection of bike packing-centric bikes in stock.
Limited number were available but glad I got one of the last ones. Friend wanted one but they were out.
Stopped in today for the first time, this is one of the coolest bike shop/stores in town. I went in because I was having flat tire issues. I forgot the guys name but he was super friendly and immediately took the time, helped me out, and got me ready for my bike commute home. I defiantly will be coming back to get some gravel tubeless tires in the near future.
Great bicycle store and shop! Each time I've been in I've gotten great information. Last week I brought my bicycle in for a new rim and hub repair. I was given several options, which helped me find the right rim for my use. The work was professionally completed, and it's been like riding the bicycle when new. For me, it's worth travelling a couple of hours to go to Campfire for purchasing a bicycle or for repair work, as they have experience in the things I use my bike for and have a real passion for cycling.
