My husband and I decided to upgrade the RTT we had on our offroad trailer and we had specific needs, Ken worked with us and helped us make a decision that best suited those needs. He was extremely helpful and very easy to work with! He even made sure we got the current special that was running! Will come back to 10X for all our overlanding needs!
Randomly called 10X today since I'm in the market for a hard shell roof top tent. Ken answered the phone fast and had a newly delivered display for a new model from 23zero. He happily set it up for me and walked me through it. Really knows his stuff and is happy to go over every question. What really stood out to me is other people in the "overland industry" will blow smoke to make a sale. Ken really did the opposite of that.
