I was scared when I came to them for help and scared when they closed my case. They wrote a letter which was ignored and when I asked what what I should do I was told to ask the people who were essentially attacking me. The person handling my case quit and I had no idea until my case was closed and a cheque issued to me for my remaining retainer. I spent a lot of money to be ignored by the people I hired to help me.
