My thanks to Karina Carson for carefully presenting a legal document for me at a time of great stress. When selling a jointly owned property the buyer gave very little time to us to accomplish legal matters and get packed. Very poor experience. Notarizing financial hardship papers cost $150 plus tax that an office in Courtney did for $25. Was told to email documents before meeting to get an idea of cost and no estimate was ever given. Was completely shocked at costs when told on the spot. Would have cancelled if I had known, but needed it done that day. Scammers, go somewhere else.

Met with a lawyer to get advice regarding an issue .. paid my hourly rate for our meeting , I was promised a “letter” which was never produced .. my meeting was under the hour I was told it would be put towards my “retainer “ I was told I would hear from a legal assistant.. I never did. By the time the “letter” was completed which I never received my issue was resolved . I was basically charged for time spent writing it .. apparently it’s $600 to write a letter and that was his discount . Not only did they only leave me a vo... read more
