I'm a new customer and made an appointment to have my taxes done. I met with Lane who was welcoming, polite, professional and efficient. It took less than ten minutes and I received my return in under two weeks. Most affordable service I've had in years. I'd also like to mention the front office staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They went out of their way to answer my questions and make everything easy.
