Wayne Campbell is an exceptional businessman. We were at a dead end trying to obtain a mortgage with the big banks. Our last shot was to come to Wayne and he made all the difference for us! Wayne is the worst mortgage broker I've ever met. He told me he had to request the appraisals. Even though I told him I'm sure I can do it myself he told me he had to do it. The trick here is that even though I paid for the appraisals they can't be released to me. He is legally obligated to release them but he is refusing to release them even though the appraiser is asking for them. I'm reporting him to bcfsa.
