I've only had a few back and forth emails with Richard Campbell. He responded very quickly (and on a long weekend) and was very helpful. Even though we've only communicated through email, I could sense he cared (which means a lot when dealing with lawyers) and would help me if I needed to pursue legal action. If I do need to go down that route which I seriously hope I don't, I will most definitely contact him. I feel confident I would be in good hands.
