We've sent our will to be completed, waited a few weeks before we called to check on the status of it, assuming that it was being worked on. Come to find out there was a conflict so they can't help- which we understand, but they didnt even have the decency to call and let us know. Total waste of time. The women I spoke to were rude. Poor customer service.
