Absolutely amazing service and results! I presented Patrick with the worst mortgage situation ever in hopes he could turn my dire situation around. I had taken out a HERO loan for Solar that ended up to be a scam, I was paying an enormous amount in taxes each year, my house payment was extremely high and had a financial situation that did not make me the most attractive to banks.
