They have always treated myself and family very well. Quick to answer any of my questions and whenever I have needed something they are quick get me taken care of! Been with them for over 20 years and don't see myself going anywhere else.
ANYTIME a customer writes me check drawn off this bank they do not want to cash it. The clerk states they must call to verify I'm not "fraudulently trying to cash a check". I mean who doesn't love being treated like a criminal (sarcasm)
This bank is a dinosaur. No one is able to do anything in a timely fashion. When you do need a branch manager to do something they are not available!
If you deposited anything here into a bank account you can't touch it for 3 days and it's ridiculous. People have bills to pay and it's our dam money. I put cash in and can't even pay my bills. Do not get an account here unless you want to pay a bunch of late fees on your bills and have money come up missing
If I could give this bank no stars I would. No this isn’t just the auburn branch it’s Campbell and Fetter Banking as a whole. If you are looking for a bank that has NO easy access for you and your money, not even a service number for when you have problems after hours this is the bank for you. You have to wait certain times of the day to see an ACCURATE account balance and nothing posts when bills etc hit your account it all comes out in one huge lump some days and days later.
