They keep the facilities very clean . Everyone is very polite .and what I really like is that you just can't enter the building someone has to buzz you in.
My mother, father and grandmother reside there. My mother like to frequent the activity area on the first floor. Some times she has to use the restroom and she has to walk all the way down the hall to her apartment because the facility decided to lock the restroom doors. Do you know how many elderly people live in that building that may have to use the restroom quick fast and in a hurry???? That's ridiculous!
When you call it is impossible to get in contact with anyone in rental office.
I have a relative who is currently living here. Recently, it seems the administrators have abandoned this place, since people I've talked to have not been able to reach any administrators for weeks. The phone rings, but nobody ever picks up. I cannot even contact the parent company despite multiple attempts. To be honest, I'm not sure how this place is still functioning, or how it's residents will be taken care of if there's ever a major problem. Edit: Amending due to owner response.
