My wife and I have been clients here since 2018. Primarily we contracted with them for tax services. We now also receive their wealth management services. We’ve always had positive experiences and interactions with all the staff. They are prompt in returning calls and emails. We highly recommend Campbell and Company as they offer many services.

They required a ton of information because I have a rental, and looking back on the tax return from last year I realize they didn't input all the information I gave them into my taxes. I lost out on a lot of money because they were too backlogged to take the time to do a good, careful job on my taxes. If you're being hired for a job and I'm paying you $650 I expect you to do at least an acceptable job. They also didn't communicate well. Disappointed that a company that advertises CPA services requries you to invest money or move your assets with them to obtain accounting services. Seems like a huge conflict of interest here, and Im sure the FLBOA would like to be aware of. I would look for a true CPA rather than this firm, and continue with your own financial advisor.
