I am writing to provide feedback regarding a negative experience with the security guard at the Campbell City branch today. I came to this specific office because of a data entry error regarding my visa expiration date, which was made by this exact location when my original driver's license was issued. A representative at another DMV instructed me to return here to have the database error corrected. I did my driving test here, and all the staff was nice and awesome!
Honestly, the place isn’t bad but if you’re going to Take your road test There I wouldn’t recommend. There’s an old lady who’s the teacher that has insane bad energy and she was very unprofessional. She kept sharing side comments about how I did on my test. Very unnecessary /Nerve-racking when you’re about to take the test, Just a heads up!! <3
Wait time was only 30mintues then another 10 minutes fornphoto print out.
