The worst closing attorney ever! They do not care after closing, no follow-up communication when they are done. Plus, their closing fee is super expensive!! If you are a buyer, Do not take them to close your house closing!! Plus, it seems like they do not know how to do the right proration between the seller and the buyer. Be aware especially all the buyers!
I can’t say enough good things about Natalie! From the very beginning of every contract, she made the entire closing process easy and enjoyable. She is always quick to respond to my emails, is extremely efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly on closing day. I truly felt like she has my best interest at heart. I’m so thankful for her help and would absolutely recommend Natalie to anyone using a closing attorney when buying or selling a home!
