Took one of our bikes to this shop. Hubby was having brake issues and James took care of replacing the brake pads, changing one of the tubes, and giving it a complete checkup.We usually do our own repairs, but this needed a true professional. It is obvious that James really loves his work and cares for his customers. The bike was returned in top condition, repairs explained thoroughly, suggestions given. I wouldn’t trust my bicycle with anyone else in the Verde Valley other than with James and company at Camp Verde Bicycles. James offers 5 star customer service and has 5 star bicycle mechanic skills. It’s a small town bicycle shop where James takes time to know you and treats you like family, 5 star business all the way around.
