We read a lot of reviews before sending our 9 year old, and honestly the no phone calls part had me really uncomfortable. After taking a tour and talking to the staff, we signed up for a two week session. Fast forward several months and we couldn’t be happier with the experience, and we immediately booked another two weeks for this year.
