Rude and unprofessional. I left a voicemail a week or 2 ago and never received a call back, it happens. I was in the area and decided to stop in. I asked the girl who greeted me about getting a quote for an NMO mount installed on my car, she stated she wasn't sure what that was and referred me to the gentleman sitting behind her. He said he hadn't heard of an NMO mount.
