Personally I preferred the water aerobics and team building exercises. Corporate office groups could learn from this extremely focused and intensive programming. Don't forget to attend the pre-course for maximum results. Favorite memory: laying on the pristine beaches of Sanat Rosa Island near the end of the course, reflecting in life's decisions :)
