I liked the items, but pretty bad customer service from the front desk. I asked to take off the price tags when wrapping up (par for the course for gifts), and she ripped them off only to leave large part of the sticker on, then wrapped it without showing me. She also wrapped one that had a price tag around its neck (easily removable, not like the sticker) and she just left it on and wrapped it up, even when I had clearly asked to take off the price tags. She just clearly didn’t care.
