I don't like the fact that their voice-mail is full. What if we had an emergency? They give no updates and don't respond to emails either. It was really rough not talking to my child for an entire week while she's 2.5 hours from home. I wish this was clear upon signing her up because I gave her hopes we'd be able to talk to her.
