Poor experience with the management. The app is also not user friendly. The finance account is not routinely updated - next thing we found out is that we got penalty for late payment. The kids barely do anything fun, unlike the description on the app. I do not recommend the service unless you need the service desperately
If there was an option for a minus rating, I would give this place -5 stars. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from head office. Despite sending multiple emails regarding serious concerns, I received no acknowledgement, no response, and no follow-up phone call. Awful service, kids on the same ccs rate charged at different amounts and it’s not a one off. Statements are impossible to read so parents have no clue what’s actually being charged. Sign out times on statements are incorrect and some added when my child wasn’t even there (sick).
