Our daughter is a guide here for the summer, we came to stay the weekend at one of the cabins. Nice getaway and close to Superior/Duluth.

I was very excited about this excursion, and it didn't disappoint. Duluth Parks and Recreation has partnered with Camp Amnicon in such a fantastic way! The voyageur canoe trip in the St. louis River Estuary was top notch. No frills, maximum participation experience, to be sure. Lunch was fuel and salt, which was just right. I am already researching the 5 night apostle isles trip. I will need to train for that one!

I've been coming up to Camp Amnicon for years and love the amazing site, friendly staff, and cute cabins. Definitely would recommend.

use to come here as a kid with the church i attended about 30 years ago, went there almost every year miss this place, i still remember the owners, wish i hadnt lost the pictures, so many memories fun times

Peaceful, wilderness living within minutes of cities. View of the Amnicon river from the lodge deck. Walking paths to Lake Superior and through local woods. Staff are amazing. Book lodging on VRBO or make arrangements for a summer camp experience or retreat.
