Overall a positive experience. The jacket price was too good to pass on. After placing my order I decided to go 1 size bigger which they did with no problem. I also had some questions along the way and Betsy responded quickly each time. The shipping had some hiccups but Betsy made things right. The jacket shipped from the manufacturer. CamoLOTS is a legitimate business and i would not shy away from purchasing from them in the future.
