Miguelina defends criminals. In hiring her you enable the success of criminal clients. As a single mother of color who endured being physically abused by the father of my child... I would NOT recommend her for representation AT ALL. She was often unprepared, rolled her eyes at me countless times, lacked confidence, requested last minute meetings (knowing I was employed full time). In fact, the only time I remember her passionately engaging in arguing was with me. I regret hiring her, and I miss my child deeply.
