My mom lives here and USED to love living here. I would get calls all the time about how sweet the manager was and how attentive the cleaner and maintenance guy was. They have a bus that takes them to lunches and used to have fun activities. This is no longer the case. The apartments are falling apart and there is no proper maintenance. This property is a pleasure to visit. Always clean and well kept inside and out. Tiffany and Rose are always a pleasure to talk to and easy to work with. I highly recommend this property to anyone!
My parents recently moved in and it was such a smooth transition!! Beautiful facility and their apartment was immaculate. They love their balcony! Tiffany and Rose couldn’t be any nicer to work with to get them settled in. Highly recommend!!!
I moved from Monticello NY to Camillus Pointe 7 years ago to this date and have been very happy here. Since I have been here the rent has gone extremely high. I moved in paying my own electricity but about six months after they changed it to include it in the new renters lease. I still pay my own electricity and they seem to raise the rent with no discount to the increase for all. With the rental increase, the cost of my electric is really outrageous since I am now on oxygen which makes my electric extremely costly. The past... read more
