UPDATED REVIEW: After posting the below review, I was immediately contacted directly by the owner of Camillo's. He was incredibly courteous, he wanted to hear about my experience and treated me in the way I would have expected to be treated in the store. Had we met the owner at the shop, we would have become customers here. He answered all of the questions I had, and made me feel confident that Camillo's would have met our needs. went there for a courtesy measurement - treated very nice as though i had been a paying customer. also the gentleman doing the measurement knew the size before he used the measuring tape. very proffessional, an indication of a well run operation.

When we ordered our tuxedos, Camillos' was great. Their selection and price were the best. Everything went downhill after that. The day before my wedding, we went to pick up our tuxes. 1.) They ordered the wrong ties. We ordered bow ties, but they ordered neck ties instead. 2.) Since the ties were wrong, the shirts were wrong. When we told them about the mistake, they argued with me that the style they ordered was better "because it is what they men wore to the Academy Awards." Absolutely unacceptable. They'll give you an odd eye if you want to do anything out of the ordinary. Tux rentals are more expensive here than they should be, they'll run you over 160 dollars with tax for something that should be closer to 80 dollars. It's just cloth for one night! Their website is broken too, the area for Wedding discounts is currently malfunctioning.
