I have to commend Mike, the Director of this facility, for how he went above and beyond to help a very apprehensive new client with intellectual challenges feel extremely welcome and safe on her first day at this residence. He obviously put a lot of thought into selecting a perfect match for her new roommate demonstrating how much he wants the residents to enjoy their home and the people they spend their lives with.
