This NP has a bad attitude. Instead of explaining to me calmly why she wouldn’t prescribe an antibiotic, which is what I’d been given several times previously, she became judgmental and made me feel like I was asking for opioids. When I asked why she wouldn’t give me an antibiotic she said “ummmm, so you don’t develop a penicillin resistance???” and gave me a dirty look. This NP has a bad attitude. During my visit she walked out disgruntled bc I was not understanding why she refused to help me the way I was helped last time I was at urgent care for same problem. Instead of explaining to me calmly why she wouldn’t prescribe what I was asking and given perviously she got defensive and made me feel like I was asking for opioids. She wasted my time and did nothing to help me.
