I recently had a massage with Cameron, and it was honestly amazing! He spent about half the session doing Active Release Therapy (ART) followed by a massage. I wasn’t expecting the ART—it felt more like athletic therapy, really targeting all the sore spots—but it worked so well! Cameron was super professional and clearly knew what he was doing. My only tip: wear shorts if you’re doing ART since the technique is pretty movement-focused! 10/10 would recommend!
