First time going. They are amazing!
This law firm hires the most incompetent people to answer the phones. Their website states that they specialize in Banking and Finance, yet when I called to discuss my issue, the person who answered the phone was completely dumbfounded, and had no further instructions for me to proceed with retaining an attorney for my legal matter. It is greatly disappointing to witness such a lack of professionalism, and I am disgusted that I thought for a second they could represent me in my negotiations. Recommendation to the business, have a nice coffee machine to offer clients a comforting warm beverage rather than only cold water.
