This law firm hires the most incompetent people to answer the phones. Their website states that they specialize in Banking and Finance, yet when I called to discuss my issue, the person who answered the phone was completely dumbfounded, and had no further instructions for me to proceed with retaining an attorney for my legal matter. It is greatly disappointing to witness such a lack of professionalism, and I am disgusted that I thought for a second they could represent me in my negotiations. Meagan, our estate and trust planner is phenomenal; she has a broad overview of our situation, and step by step tells my parents what needs to be done. Friendly atmosphere. Recommendation to the business, have a nice coffee machine to offer clients a comforting warm beverage rather than only cold water.
Helped my family and i understand the process upon a close relative passing. They were patient, understanding, and sympathetic to our situation. Would highly recommend!
