Cam was incredibly fast and easy to work with. We got an excellent rate and didn't even need to give more than basic information to get prequalified unlike all of the other lenders who required tons of documents just for that. Of course, we did provide them once we moved on with the loan, but it was nice to not have to waste time until then and it made it easy to pounce on the home we wanted. What an incredible experience! Cameron’s stellar reputation doesn’t come close to shining a light on how incredible he was to work with. Cam kept us updated every step of the way. Every single person we worked with throughout the home-buying process had either already worked with Cameron or made a point to say how amazing he was. You know you are in good hands when other industry pro’s give props.
Cameron was great to work with! He offered a better interest rate than the big mortgage lenders, along with timely advice and truly personal service. Despite the 3-hour time difference (we were on the East coast) he replied to all of our questions almost immediately, any day of the week. Cameron is highly knowledgeable about the home buying process, and as a bonus he is super friendly! We wholeheartedly recommend working with Cameron if you are jumping into the home buying adventure.
