Worst experience. Albino Vargas was so rude and unhelpful, I was explaining my situation he acts as if i’m talking over him. Tells me different things that make no sense than I tell him I’ve already called and they told me directly to go to the tax office, annoyed because I’m asking questions. What kind of customer service is that? Left feeling so belittled..
They need to hire more help or something. The most simple things taking 30/40 minutes is insane. They NEVER answer the phone either. FIVE years ago people are complaining about the same thing, the city of La Feria obviously doesn’t care about their citizens or their time.
Lines here are usually not long and employees are courteous and friendly.
I went to get a copy of my registration and the young lady that helped me was acting like she hated her job hey if your not happy where you work find another job just saying
