We went to change titles over for two vehicles and Rolando was exceptional! We were lost at what to do as far as paperwork and he was so incredibly helpful and kind. We truly appreciate his professionalism and help! Thank you so much!
Like any other government location. They are always in a terrible mood. They talk among themselves and take forever to help. They have a phone number u can call...but good luck getting anyone to answer.
I had an unexpectedly great experience at this DMV! The staff was friendly, efficient, and actually seemed to care about helping people. The line moved faster than I expected, and Ms. Erica who assisted me was knowledgeable and patient. It was one of the smoothest DMV visits I’ve ever had. If you come prepared with the right documents, they’ll take care of the rest. Highly recommend this location!

The guy that helped me was very professional.The wait time in line is ridiculous.They have several windows and 2 open.There was 22 people in line,some elderly.Very bad system that is not tailored to the tax payer.The public servants are sitting down so they dont care while people stand.Office manager not doing a good job organizing.
