I looked through the reviews. They have the same problem today they have had for 7 years. They don’t answer the phones. Mailbox is full. Poor service.
I live in Brownsville a few blocks from the main tax office. I can drive up to San Benito and pay whatever tax I need to and drive back home in less time than it would take if I had gone to the tax office here in Brownsville.
Call no answer voice mail!!!!
