This place is the absolute worst! I usually go inside and stand in line forever and usually they are saying the wait is long because they are tending to the drive-thru so this time I decided to use the drive-thru. I have now been sitting in a line at the drive-thru for 45 minutes. I don't know if they need to hire more people or what but it's ridiculous that it would take over an hour to pay your property taxes through a drive through. DO BETTER LOS FRESNOS
There was only 1 lady working on window 4 and 7 people waiting,. I only had one question I asked a lady on window 2 and she was very rude. As a new TX resident trying to change tiles she was not welcoming at all. She responded to my question ,” you have tow oat for your number to called to ask the question. Employers working need customer service training.
Taxes are so high that my mortgage insurance went up by $1100. Unsustainable! We can barely afford to pay our mortgage the way it is.
Great service. The manager made sure that The paperwork was done correctly.
