Renewed my registration. Very simple process at the pull up window. The State motor vehicle department makes it very simple as they extract the $85 yearly fee out of your wallet !! I'm 67 and had two molars extracted days before . Having to spend that $85 hurt alot more than those two new empty pockets in my jaw bone.
Tried calling everyday for a week 3x a day and did not get anyone to pick up the phone.
This place is the absolute worst! I usually go inside and stand in line forever and usually they are saying the wait is long because they are tending to the drive-thru so this time I decided to use the drive-thru. I have now been sitting in a line at the drive-thru for 45 minutes. I don't know if they need to hire more people or what but it's ridiculous that it would take over an hour to pay your property taxes through a drive through. DO BETTER LOS FRESNOS
