I guess my URGENT issue wasn't even worth them replying back to my communication. DO NOT USE these clowns if your case and urgency means something to you. For reference, I was communicating with their founding partner Iain before the line went dead and just radio silence, but even the dialogue prior to that was unprofessional and showed their lack of interest... I have dealt with Tammy Cameron on a couple of different occasions over the last few years. The first time I spoke with her, she spent about one hour with me on the phone, giving me all kinds of advice. She seems extremely knowledgeable, and not like a greedy person.
