Ordered and paid for an item - was happy with service till this point. Lead time was reasonably long but met. The team are unfamiliar with Australian export tax law, so I’ve been charged more than I needed to be - and then it’s been posted without complete contact details and invoice as required. Had a really poor experience with Camerich Richmond. I had very specific size requirements for a sofa as it needed to fit in a cavity in our living room. I was told the couch would be 272cm. After a 14 week wait, the couch arrived and it was larger than what was specified and agreed. It does not fit the space where it should and now our living room is a mess. I recently purchased a sofa from Camerich, and despite an initial mix-up in size and colour, the issue was promptly resolved. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout the process. Special thanks to Lulu for providing such a great customer experience, she made sure that we are happy and got what we want, have not seen such GREAT customer experience lately. We love all our Camerich furnitures in our new home. The quality is well worth the price. Timeless and chic.. The team at Camerich Richmond are all amazing and so incredibly helpful. Nothing was ever a trouble for them. The bar stools that we currently have are discontinued. After moving into our new home, we needed another 2 for our island. We recently purchased the Joint dining table and were delighted to receive this in time for Christmas; thank you Erin for your calm and professional approach to making this possible. The delivery crew arrived on time and assembled the table quickly and without fault. The table is solid and looks great; it suits our home perfectly. What a pleasure!
