Unhelpful and rude customer service. They took my deposit and haven’t provided the service I paid the deposit for. They took EIGHT months instead of 3, and when the order arrived it is wrong. Now they are being aggressive and saying I can’t seek a refund, and instead have to wait ANOTHER 2-3 months (a total of one whole year!!!!) for them to reorder the item. Taylor has been wonderful every time we have visited the store. Very knowledgeable about design and the products.
I ordered from Camerich August 2024. It took 6 months to receive my order that was meant to be a 3-4 month wait. The sales consultant, Noah got the colour wrong as the colour I ordered to match a chair i viewed in store was ordered incorrectly. Dealing with Taylor I felt something off when the store was reluctant to provide a photo of the product once arrived. They sent a photo not visible. Taylor was really helpful in helping us choose the lounge which best suited us . The experience was seamless. The product is extremely comfortable and practical. Extra covers can be purchased if damaged.
We went in to buy some furniture and Taylor helped us. She is excellent in her service, advice and styling tips. She did a free consult and spent her time going through every detail. We ended up buying a whole new bedroom suite and will definitely be coming back for more furniture. Would recommend asking for Taylor when you visit the store.
