The last of October 2020 I called Camera one to get a 120 year old portrait of my grandfather restored as it was faded and torn,wasn't even sure at the time that it could be done. Jim from the company called me and came to my home to look at the photo and said it was recoverable. We agreed on a fair price and he took the portrait restored it and brought it back to my home and the work was truly remarkable. It was a really a work of art. Jim did an amazing job of reproducing a photo for me for an obituary. There was a tight timeline and he went above and beyond. I would recommend Camera One to everyone for your photographic needs. Vickie Baxter

I love the way your customer service is. I called in to inquire about an XD card and I was treated more rude then anything. The person acted like I was wasting his time and I will never do business with this place. I also urge the rest of Columbus to do the same. I asked him a question about a 256MB XD card and he said go to BestBuy or an office supply store. I then asked him why these are so hard to find and instead of just saying something polite he just shrugged and stated "don't know" I didn't even get a full I don't kno... read more
