Came in with a very seized up old Olympus point and shoot which I couldn’t open or move any of the components and to my luck they told me it was most likely fixable - paid for the initial inspection and received my invoice within 2 days letting me know the cost to repair - waiting now for the service to be completed but I was so happy with their customer service and overjoyed to know my camera can be fixed! I had a wonderful experience with Camera Fix. I dropped two Leica film cameras off to be serviced; one also needed a broken rangefinder repaired. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed, and the staff immediately understood the issue that needed repairing, and displayed knowledge in this area.
