Update as of August 5: The merchant reached out and we are working on a solution. I appreciate their response and willingness to help resolve the situation. ------ Original review below ------ It's been about 18 months since I brought a vintage lens in for lubrication. They took 4 months to fix a camera they said would take a few weeks to fix. They ghosted me for a while until I would not stop spamming their phone.

Spent almost $300 getting a camera repaired here last year and it went back to having the same issue I brought it in for. I brought the camera into another place recently and was told that it needed a CLA on the body and lens, which Camera Doctor didn’t bother to mention at all.

Went to camera doctor to see why camera not working. After about 15 min they stated that it was my lens. I tried my other lens and it work. I asked what the charge was and he said no charge. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Was worth my trip from Queens to Manhattan. Very happy.
