I'm happy with my experience! Steve repaired a failed shutter on a Sony A73 for me. I called ahead and he had the part waiting when I dropped the camera off. Camera was ready for pickup when I was in town next. If you spend two minutes talking with him, you will see Steve has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to cameras and gear. Without prompting, he explained the moving parts he would be repairing by using expired parts to demonstrate. I would recommend the Camera Clinic and I'll be back as I need more repairs!
I've had Steve do a handful of repairs over the years I have got to know him, he does a SPECTACULAR job, and is always on top of the repairs and returning items. I just recently had my door broken on my R5 and he was able to get it fixed and returned within a week. I would highly recommend Steve and the Camera Clinic for any of your repair needs.
I had inquiry about a broken camera- Steve was very transparent and gave me a whole explanation about the steps I could take. Very patient and informative!!
Steve overhauled a Canonet to an almost ‘as new’ condition and repaired an OM lens for me. Shipping to and fro went smoothly, as did payment of services rendered. Knowledgeable and honest.
