100% scam facility. Hopefully you will read the many many negative reviews about this place. They have stolen both my lens and my money to repair the lens. They returned calls at the beginning and pretended to have a shipping confirmation number but have ghosted me for months. At all costs stay away from this place.
I mailed my JVC camcorder to Pro Cam Fix and received a statement that they would repair it for $181.00. I paid this amount, 5/4/23, and have the invoice to prove that. As of 9/28/23, I have received nothing from Pro Cam Fix after sending multiple emails, leaving voicemails and sending snail mail 8/1/23. As another reviewer stated, I wish I could give them a minus 5 rating. I think I have lost money and my camera. UPDATE: I have contacted Procamfix again and also filed a BBB complaint. Still nothing as of 2/26/2025.
The customer service is so caring when I first contacted them. Along the time line till delivery, they constantly updating the status. Finally they delivered the fix for my satisfaction! The service excellent! Thanks to the support team!
I sent my camera back in SEPTEMBER. I paid them $341 for the "referbishing and repairs". I was told there was an 18 day wait on a part that I needed; that combined with their alleged 5-7 day turnaround time. So I was very aware that it could take around a month to get my camera back. it is now DECEMBER 30th AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY CAMERA!!!!!!
