This company was exceptional to work with. They repaired my camcorder at the price quoted and timely. Good communication. The camcorder was stolen from the local post office when shipped back to me. Pro Cam then offered a replacement and shipped it out with a 90 day warranty. I’ve received the replacement and it works great. Thank you, Pro Cam!!
I sent my camera out to be repaired three months ago and they NEVER got back to me after countless calls and emails and now I moved and my address changed so I doubt I’m getting my camera back. If you don’t want to be scammed and be robbed of $160+MY CHILDHOOD CAMERA then don’t go here. Edit: I was finally able to get a hold of them and they were actually very nice about it and is sending it on the way. I won’t be using this service again because it took months but they are kind people.

It seems like a lot of these reviews deal with mail-in repairs, so I can’t speak to that, but I stopped by in person this afternoon with a simple fix and was very happy with the service. I was in an out in a couple of minutes with my fixed camera at no charge! Will definitely be back for future repairs!
