I had an excellent experience with Pro Cam Fix! They took my Canon EF 24-70mm lens in for repair right away, completed the work quickly, and delivered top-quality results. What really impressed me was that they even provided a loaner lens while mine was being repaired, which made the whole process so much easier. Their professionalism and customer service are outstanding. Highly recommend!
Don't know why I didnt read the reviews first. This place has failed to communicate and told me it would be done and shipped by a deadline and never called back. Instead I'm given the runaround and will be without a camera for a 6 month trip. Please read reviews before doing any business with these people. I'm now down $183 and my $500 camera.
My 24-70 lens was repaired as promised, on time and price as quoted. Communication was very good. I recommend Pro Cam Fix
The professional ability of this repair shop is questionable. They charged over 300 dollars to repair my Canon lens，sent it back over after a long delay. When I took a few photos, the problem reappeared. It was sent over for repair. They said it was fixed and even took a video to confirm. However, after sending it back and taking a few photos, the old problem still emerged. I asked them what to do again, they just ignore you.
Although there were some misunderstandings during the process, the final outcome was satisfactory. The business served its customers at its own pace, without reacting to or arguing against negative—even unreasonable—reviews. While certain aspects of the service process could be improved, their repair work is professional, and they are a responsible company.
