I’ll be honest, I was hesitant to sign up for life coaching. I thought, “I don’t really have anything to work on. Eileen has had an extremely measurable impact on my health. Her knowledge and abilities are outstanding. I had significant back pain. After being diagnosed with osteoporosis in my spine based on my bone density scores I began medical massage treatments with Eileen. As a result of dedicating myself to weekly massages I can now report that I have reversed my bone density scores and no longer have osteoporosis. Recently I have even resumed playing golf. I highly recommend Eileen.

My interactions with Eileen have extended and will continue to far beyond my own personal life. Every interaction I have had with her, both formal and informal, has left me with a feeling of peace as well as a contemplative spirit. I spent 2 and a half hours with Eileen today and received the best massage I have ever had. Her knowledge of the nervous system and musculature is detailed. She performed a medical grade massage as well as Vibroacoustic Sound / Near-Infrared Light Therapy in addition to providing me with insights on stress management and how inflammation is stored in the body. Her talent and skill in bodywork is unmatched. I highly recommend Eileen as she is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and warm. Every ounce of her work is a gift.

I’ve worked with several massage therapists over the years, many of whom did a great job. But Eileen is just on a different level…the best word I can use to describe her massage is intentional. She took her time and every movement felt like it had a purpose. I don’t think I’ll be needing to look for another massage therapist, and Eileen is the only one I recommend to others.
