Only one aid on the floor after 7 pm with over 28 patients. Every evening when I go over my mom is in a wet depends that she has been in for hours and her call light is on. Been trying to call for over an hour because she hasn't had an aid in in over 2 hours and can't get them to answer the phone.
NOT satisfy how they are doing to my folks!! Not TLC I'm heartbroken from a loss of my pop few days ago. 😭
