Had another excellent experience. Driver Missael was tracking our flight which arrived very early so he was waiting when we arrived on a late-night flight. Like all other Camelot drivers he was courteous, professional and friendly. The car, as always, was in excellent condition. Ride home was smooth!

Southwest Airlines was not having a good day… They delayed our flight, then switched our flight, then delayed that flight. The end result was our arrival time being pushed from 11PM to 3 AM. As our itinerary evolved, there was always someone answering the phone at Camelot (thanks Kelly) as we called to insure our ride would still be available. The answer: always YES! As usual they were wonderful… responsive throughout a long day of travel changes, flight cancels, delays, and multiple calls to them with new pickup info. It was reassuring to have Camelot’s professional and helpful service on a day of weary travel.
