My mom lives at Camellia Gardens, and we couldn’t be happier with the care and attention she receives. The staff at every level — from housekeeping to dining services to administration — are kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They treat residents with warmth and respect, and it truly shows. My mother moved in here in December and at first, I thought the place was decent. The staff seemed friendly and with the holiday decorations, the place seemed cheery and clean. There were a few red flags at move in. The apartment was not clean (dust and remnants of carpet installation) and the staff didn't do some minor fixes that they said they would do before move in.
