Original review April 2024 These individuals are exhibiting highly unprofessional, as well as unethical conduct and will be reported to the Better Business Bureau. My taxes were held for nearly three weeks, and upon attempting to settle them in person, I experienced delays while staff members were preoccupied with personal usage of their phones.
