I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Northway Bank, however, these new hours are not convenient at all. Only 2 days, Tues & Fri from 9am - noon? There are no other branches even remotely close so this is extremely inconvenient. Please reconsider being open more days/hours. Thank you!
Finally, a bank where you actually speak with a person whem you call. Friendly service. I dont even need to prove who I am anymore when making a transaction. Say goodbye to automated banking and move to Northway
I go in once a month and they are so nice , they always remember me and are delightful while I'm there!! 👍👍
I love this bank. The Portsmouth and Meredith branches offer sensational customer service. When I first went they happily and fully answered my questions about different accounts, retirement savings plans, etc and have since always been more than helpful with anything I need. Compared to bigger banks like Bank of America or TD, they remember my name and my preferences, I am never placed on hold or deal with a robot on the phone, and they clearly strive for total customer satisfaction.
