Horrible bank

I have been very displeased with this bank from the start. They had the wrong address and sent my mail to the wrong address and I was therefore late on my bill and was charged late fees. I then set up automatic payments and they put the bank routing number incorrectly and charged me late fees. I then finally got automatic payments set up and they pulled from March 1st instead of February 1st and again charged me late fees. I will refinance my mortgage with another bank as I am so unhappy.
