I agree with Ruby. Both my husband and I have had insanely unhelpful visits to the bank branch which were corrected by phone calls to the general CNB phone support. As a bank I’ve never had problems with customer service at all. This branch is definitely the worst experience I’ve had with CNB.
Usually I get great service at all CNB branches but NOT the bucksport one. Every time I walk in the building they look at me like I have two heads which I don’t appreciate. I’ve gone in several times to do things I’ve done at other branches only to be treated rudely and turned down. 0/10 literally go to Ellsworth and don’t waste your time here.
The bank and employees are great! However, the parking lot, as well as the drive-thru, need some work. They're horribly designed. If the parking lot is full and you're in a full-size suv or truck, you might as well just go inside and save yourself the hassle
