Always friendly, professional, give customers great service. I am a ten year happy customer.
I agree with Ruby. Both my husband and I have had insanely unhelpful visits to the bank branch which were corrected by phone calls to the general CNB phone support. As a bank I’ve never had problems with customer service at all. This branch is definitely the worst experience I’ve had with CNB.
